The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging in to your account. If you find any inaccuracies you can delete or correct it at anytime.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
Changing the information we hold about you
Any information we have about you can be changed by you, or completely deleted at anytime until your subscription expires. If your subscription expires you can e-mail us to remove your details for you.

We may use data held on our servers for statistical analysis and release anonymous data which cannot be traced back to any one individual.

Website Information
Delivery of your content management website should take place within 2 working days of you completing the steps. Site go-live is however, dependent on your domain name.
Security Information
Our secure server handles all the payment information. Rest assured that your information is securely held by us. Please ensure that you keep your username and password secure.
No customer of ours has reported fraudulent card use as a result of a purchase made.
Payment Methods
We take Switch, Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately we cannot take other methods of payment. If for any reason your card details are rejected after we have created your site, we will contact you by e-mail. We will give you 7 days to provide us with alternative payment details. If you fail to provide payment, we reserve the right to remove your website from our systems without further contact.
Cancellation
The service provided by us is personalised by you. It is therefore exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations Act, and your subscription cannon be cancelled. If however you are unhappy with the service we provide, please check out our complaints procedure.
